Neuropsychological Evaluations

Neuropsychological evaluations are specialized assessments to examine the relationship between the brain and behavior. These evaluations are typically used to diagnose and treat conditions that affect cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. They can help diagnose conditions that may have been missed or misdiagnosed, and they can also provide important information about a patient's strengths and weaknesses. This information can be used to develop individualized treatment plans that target specific areas of impairment, and to monitor a patient's progress over time.

What to expect:

Our neuropsychological evaluations consist of a thorough clinical interview of the client and others when available, observations from the examiner, administration of standardized assessments, a written report with recommendations and a feedback session. Reports are generally provided approximately 3 weeks after administration of the last assessment.
