Dionna Hopkins, M.S.
Ms. Hopkins specializes in cognitive, emotional, psychological, behavioral, and developmental testing. She has a Master of Science in Psychology. Her background includes working with children on the autism spectrum as a Behavior Technician and working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties as a Mental Health Technician. She has expertise in working with various ages and mental health conditions. She has a keen ability to meet everyone where they are and displays a high level of compassion and empathy for all her clients.

Marlene GuzmanMs. Guzman is a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA). She graduated from the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, social skills, as well as everyday stressors. She is also bilingual (English-Spanish speaking). She believes that one can heal through support, compassion, and understanding. My goal is to work together to overcome challenges, feel heard, and find inner peace.

Mar'qiesha Stephens, M.A.Ms. Stephens believes that counseling has advantages for individuals of all ages. She has a Masters in Psychology and 7 years of experience in the mental health field, including working in a psychiatric facility providing services to individuals dealing with issues such as anger management, self-esteem, social skills and mood disorders. She has worked with individuals of all ages including children, adolescents and adults. She has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults.
Ms. Ashley PerryAshley is a clinical PsyD doctoral student at Capella University with a strong passion for working with adolescents in the judicial system. She holds a master's degree in human services with an emphasis on Forensic Behavioral Health from Concordia University St. Paul. With previous experience as a community case manager, she has helped marginalized communities access essential resources for everyday living. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to support clients in achieving meaningful change and growth.

Latanya Dickerson, LCDCMs. Dickerson specializes in alcohol and substance abuse issues and vaping. She has several years working with youth and adults in the correctional field. Her personal experiences and passion to help others leads her treatment sessions. She uses compassion to meet clients where they are. She treats both children and adults.
Devin WhittenDev is currently pursuing their Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a Bachelor’s in acting & minor in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Their counseling approach is rooted in Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), which places an emphasis on how our connections and disconnections color our worldview and acknowledges the influence of power and privilege on relationships. Dev is interested in focusing on trauma through Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and in bringing this work into the theatre world to assist artists in Houston in creating work that is meaningful and emotionally safe. Dev believes therapy should be accessible, inclusive, and collaborative.

Dr. Malkah BertmanDr. Malkah Bertman holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston, an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. Malkah is passionate about assisting individuals in achieving wellness and balance in their lives. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is central to progress in therapy and that exploring and strengthening this relationship can have transformative effects on relationships outside of therapy. Her integrative counseling approach draws from various evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. Malkah emphasizes creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and develop strategies for growth and healing.
Anthrenett DanielMs. Daniel is a proud native of Houston, Texas. She has served at the medical center for over 25 years as a labor and delivery surgical technologist. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Walden University.In her free time, Ms. Daniel enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, as well as taking walks in the park. She is excited to continue her journey in the mental health field and looks forward to gaining new experiences while working alongside the team.
Paola ZabalaPaola holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston–Downtown, and is currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds and is passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Her approach to counseling is rooted in person-centered principles, while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She strives to be the supportive presence behind the scenes, helping clients build insight, confidence, and resilience as they step into their own growth and strengths. As a bilingual counselor-in-training, she is committed to providing culturally responsive care and meeting clients where they are in their journey.

Jessica MaloneJessica Malone is a graduate counseling intern currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Houston Christian University. She also holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which informs her understanding of human behavior across personal, academic, and professional settings. Jessica integrates principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her work, helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and build practical skills that support emotional well-being. Her areas of interest include anxiety, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, and adjustment-related concerns. Jessica is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate emotional challenges and is committed to providing a compassionate, collaborative, and ethical counseling experience while working under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
Sergio TorresSergio is a Clinical-Community Master's candidate at Texas Southern University, set to graduate in Spring 2026. With extensive experience supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds, he is passionate about advancing mental health and well-being across diverse communities. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sergio specializes in working with Spanish-speaking individuals and families, ensuring culturally competent care and accessibility. Sergio's professional expertise includes facilitating group interventions to enhance family dynamics, develop children’s social skills, and strengthen parenting practices. He is skilled in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders, and his foundation in social work is rooted in serving underserved populations, including the LGBTQ+ and senior communities. Sergio is dedicated to empowering communities through compassionate, evidence-based care and to promoting equity and inclusion in all aspects of his work.
