Insurance:
Most health insurance plans are accepted, but please call or email us to inquire about specific plans. If your insurance company is not currently being accepted, you may be eligible to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company, depending on your benefit plan. We will help you apply by preparing a monthly statement of your services. Be sure to contact your insurance company for specific benefit eligibility and instructions for reimbursement.
